Despite the torrential rain, many brave folks ventured out to Art Hop and visited the KPL Banned Books Read-Out. We heard local celebrities read excerpts from some of the most banned books in the last year, including Captain Underpants, Hunger Games, and Looking for Alaska.

Thanks to everybody who came out and said hello, and thanks more to Kevin King and all the kind folks at KPL for giving us the space to promote our books. We love our library!
